Kaylah Isabelle-Ali
Born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey, Kaylah Isabelle-Ali is a multidisciplinary artist and writer whose work is rooted in the ancestral memory and cultural complexity of her Taína and African American heritage.
Devanne Osorio
Devanee Osorio is a Puerto Rican visual artist whose work explores culture, emotion, and identity through expressive color and form. Drawing deeply from her heritage, she creates pieces that embody the warmth, resilience, and rich storytelling traditions rooted in Puerto Rican culture.
Talia Benitez
Talia Benitez is a multidisciplinary, self-taught artist whose work explores texture, emotion, and intuitive expression through acrylic and mixed media. Incorporating materials like tissue paper, concrete, and dried flowers, her pieces invite a sensory connection beyond the visual. Beyond her studio practice, Talia is also a curator and community builder, creating inclusive spaces for artists to share, connect, and grow.

Siendo Puente
Siendo Puente (Being the Bridge) invites viewers into a space of connection—between past and present, self and ancestry, memory and becoming. This exhibition brings together the works of Kaylah Isabelle-Ali, Devanee Osorio, and Talia Benitez, three artists whose practices are deeply rooted in cultural identity, lineage, and emotional truth.
Through layered textures, expressive color, and intuitive storytelling, their work explores what it means to carry history within the body while actively shaping the future. Each piece acts as a bridge—honoring inherited narratives while making space for transformation, healing, and self-definition.
Kaylah Isabelle-Ali draws from the ancestral memory of her Taína and African American heritage, weaving together themes of resilience, spirituality, and belonging. Devanee Osorio, inspired by her Puerto Rican roots, creates vivid, emotive works that reflect the warmth, complexity, and rhythm of her culture. Talia Benitez, brings a tactile, intuitive approach through acrylic and mixed media, incorporating textured elements that invite a sensory connection while reflecting her journey of emotional expression and community building.
Together, their work exists in dialogue—an offering of reflection, remembrance, and reclamation. Siendo Puente is not just an exhibition, but an invitation: to stand in the in-between, to honor where you come from, and to consider the bridges you are becoming.
