In an era of increasing disconnection, Harvard’s longest-running study on happiness reveals that strong relationships—not wealth or success—are the key to a fulfilling life. True connection begins with deep listening, the skill that transforms conversations into meaningful relationships and helps us bridge the growing gaps in our personal and professional lives.
