Siendo Puente: An Art & Culture Fundraiser for Puerto Rico in Union, NJ
More than a fundraiser, Siendo Puente is a living bridge — linking local community in Essex and Union Counties, NJ to arts education, veterans support, and cultural preservation efforts across Puerto Rico.
This community gathering brings together artists, veterans, and neighbors for an afternoon of visual art, live music, spoken word, and storytelling honoring the Puerto Rican experience.
Proceeds benefit Mi Patria PR’s Art & Culture Programs — funding art supplies, musical instruments, staffing, and creative workshops in Puerto Rico public schools. Your participation helps address displacement, expand veterans support, and strengthen long-term community stability through culture-based programming.
